Kris has been teaching yoga in Portland for six years and has studied a variety of traditions. She has certification from the White Lotus Foundation and The Yoga Space. Her classes focus on using the intelligence of the breath to guide movement. She teaches a strong class with both the beginner and advanced student in mind. She hopes to help students open to the limitless teachings of yoga practice.
